Refund policy

Return Processing Instructions:

* We may have included a USPS Flat Rate Padded Envelope or USPS Regional A Box with the original order. These shipping materials cannot be acquired at your local post office. * Prior to return, please let us know which shipping materials you may have received.
* If not sure, please send a picture of the packaging for identification.
* After confirming we will send the correct return label.
* If the item is returned in an unapproved box or envelope, the shipment will require additional shipping fees.
* If this does occur, the additional shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
* Please do not ship the item out if you are not sure if the correct envelope or box is being used.
* Refunds for returned items will be given based upon the condition of the item received. Please note if the item is returned in an item not in the condition it was received, a restocking fee may apply.
